As you suggested above,i have tried as same but still we are facing same problem after updating changed password in outlook account settings on across systems. Thanks for your resolutions link. In reply to Rizwan Shaikh’s post on December 15, Before setting up a new profile, please keep in mind that since you are using POP, you may be downloading the email off the server. However since you are sharing this address with multiple users I am assuming that you are leaving a copy on the server or that setup would be crazy lol. Try checking your credential manager for and saved passwords for that account. Just try to delete anything that has to do with that specific email address so don’t remove any saved passwords that are working already.
Also, it sounds like someone changed the password. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. Also, if you are unsure where to go to try and login to webmail, please provide part of the e-mail address that is having this issue – just the part after the sign.
